Services Apollo provides on arrival
When you arrive in Vietnam
Once you have confirmed your flight arrival times with Human Resources, the welcome committee stirs into action…
We will book a hotel for you, based on recommendations from other teachers who have stayed there. Hotels will usually be based close to the school or close to the centre of the city. We will help you choose a hotel based on the budget that you give us based on the availability of hotels at reasonable prices.
We will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. You will receive a welcome package including;
- A map of the city you’ll be living in
- A guide to the city you’ll be living in – what the Lonely Planet doesn’t tell you, including supermarkets, markets, doctors and chemists
- Some fantastic Apollo goodies!
- A welcome letter detailing your induction timetable.
- Info of lunch/dinner/drinks meeting to get to know other teachers
When you arrive at school We will
- organise an induction, observation and teaching schedule for you.
- take you to buy a mobile phone sim card for Vietnam and advise you on the best phone networks to use.
